The Rodney Otamatea Soccer Association (ROSA) is pleased to announce that Mangawhai parents and players wanting to play and attend soccer locally at Port Albert Domain in Wellsford for the 2019 football season will be available through joining Mangawhai United Soccer Club.

Mangawhai United Soccer Club (MUSC) is a new non-profit, community-based organization committed to providing soccer at the same venue, at the same time every Saturday.

MUSC soccer players will have the opportunity to play and training in a supportive football environment where skills for soccer are developed.

All games will be played Saturday at the Port Albert Domain in Wellsford. The training sessions are Tuesday nights 4.00pm to 7.00pm at Mangawhai Domain. ROSA provides a wonderful family atmosphere as well as several football fields, a grand-stand, coffee and hot drinks, a food venue and amenities at the domain.

MUSC main emphasis is on “Skills for Soccer, Skills for Life”, and confirms their commitment to building character through youth sports experience in the local area.

MUSC will provide a select level of junior teams (for ages 3 -16) and Open Grade Team which will compete with other clubs in the Kaipara District giving players an opportunity for regular local competitive play.

Mangawhai United Soccer Club (MUSC) leadership will rely on parents and players input to support local football in the Mangawhai area.
